Mr Cusick, you have a fine manager in Miriam. She kept me informed of our progress through the approval process, she was on time for inspections, she was friendly, professional and most importantly was honest with us. I have dealt with a few different property managers with other agencies over the duration of my search and believe me, honesty was sadly lacking in most of the personnel I dealt with.

I wrote to you a few weeks back about troublesome tenants in unit 7 of this block.
I want to say how satisfied myself and the other tenants are over your quick and decisive response. You had people out here the next day and the tenants evicted by the end of the month. Our lives have now returned to lovely peace and quiet.
