My elderly mother (91 years) has been living on a 600 acre property at Wilcannia for many years. Last summer the days were betweer 40-45 for days on end and they have not had rain since last October. She then decided to leave the property to my sister who lives at Wilcannia also and move to the Central Coast. As we did not have the money to buy her a house, we decided to try and find her a place to enjoy the latter years of her life. To that end we searched on line and found that you were renting a property at Point Frederick. We spoke with Natasa and she could not have been more helpful. She wanted to take us to view the property straight away, but we organised for the following day. That day we arrived and we were met by James (sorry forgot the other lasses name) then Natasa. They showed us through the home with great enthusiasm, explained all we needed to know. The next week we wanted to see the home again just to make sure that my mother could handle the house. Again the response to take us through was instant. We viewed the property and my mother really wanted to rent it, so we began the process. The process and steps to acquire the home were all fully explained, they even went out of their way to find out about 'garbage' night. I cannot speak highly enough of James and Natasa and all the other staff we have met.
